Every casino and hotel needs one thing: FOOD! The Potawatomi Casino Hotel is betting on flavor by opening The Potawatomi Marketplace located adjacent to the first-floor gaming area. The restaurant concept aims to bring together a diverse range of food to elevate guests’ dining offerings.
#SignEffectz has the pleasure yet again to help unveil the secrets of food signage by designing all of the restaurants’ signage including Pizza Co., Small Bar Cocktails and Brews, Mini and Wow Dessert Bar, and more.
Secrets of Food Signage: Mini and Wow
Mini and Wow will be a fusion eatery combining delicious flavors from various cultures. The two-inch ‘WOW’ letters are fabricated in a trimless fashion, eliminating the border trim that most channel letters have. #SignEffectz created a smooth, clean edge profile that gives consumers a sharp image. They are internally illuminated with white mini 2 LEDs.
The ‘Mini and’ is really the showcase piece. The challenge was lighting up 2″ tall letters. #SignEffectz accomplished this task by using lucite lux acrylic with the cavity routed into the backside to accommodate LED lighting.
Betting on Flavor
We are honored to work alongside Potawatomi’s Senior Facility Project Manager, Jean Kraus. #SignEffectz works hard to help turn her visions into reality and complete the signage when she needs them done. #SignEffectz has created the food signage for Project Pizza Co., Small Bar Cocktails & Brews, and the upcoming Taco Spot. We have also completed the signage for the security office. Potawatomi keeps betting on us, and we always look forward to the next projects they throw our way!
