Froedtert Hospital Brand Refresh

#SignEffectz took on a significant brand refresh for Froedtert Hospital, involving a complete overhaul of all of their exterior signs, including those on parking structures, buildings, and the ground. The aim was to update the signage with their new branding. The project encompassed 50 signs, each falling under eleven different types of signage. High-Pressure Installation

#SignEffectz faced the additional challenge of relocating a monument sign and two parking directories due to the ongoing entrance reconstruction at the Froedtert Pavilion. This task required seamless communication and collaboration, something #SignEffectz excels at. To ensure safety and avoid damage to critical underground wiring, #SignEffectz worked closely with Froedtert to bring in an expert private locator who used X-ray technology to identify the precise location of the lines. Instead of using a traditional auger, a specialized hydro excavator was utilized. This water vacuum employs high-pressure water to create a hole next to critical lines. Then the water is suctioned out like a vacuum, allowing for a precise and safe digging process.

Coordinating stake-offs, private lines, pole setup, and the relocation and movement of signs in the midst of other contractors’ activities made this a substantial undertaking for #SignEffectz. Explore the project management process undertaken for Froedtert Hospital here.
