Kenosha’s Multi-Apartment Development

#SignEffectz is in full swing this summer working on a multi-apartment development including Lake Terrace, Theater Terrace, and Simmons Terrace apartment complexes in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We are partnering with developers from the Woodview Group, LLC., an Illinois-based company. They are diligently working to add 424 new apartment units in the city as a part of the improved “Downtown Vision.”

Lake Terrace

In April 2022, the initial phase of the multi-apartment project reached completion. For the Lake Terrace apartments, #SignEffectz designed and installed exterior channel letters and address numbers, and internal ADA-compliant signage.

Theater Terrace

#SignEffectz has the contract secured for the Theater Terrace Apartments, a $12.5 million dollar project that was approved for the housing project. Additionally, the Woodview Group developers have been granted an allocation of nearly $3 million from the city to facilitate the installation of the associated infrastructure. The Theater Terrace will be a four-story building accommodating a total of 61 multifamily apartment units.  Presently, we are currently redesigning the original concept outlined by the developers. Our plan is to craft and install an exterior V shape sign and interior ADA-compliant signage.

Simmons Terrace

The final phase of the three-building development includes Simmons Terrace Apartments, a 101-unit, five-story building. Located at 5939 Seventh Ave., this structure is strategically across the street from Theater Terrace. This multi-apartment development is part of the grander and more ambitious “Downtown Vision” urban revitalization plan for the city of Kenosha. #SignEffectz is waiting for the green light from the developers.
