Project – Permit Coordinator to join our team and assist in the future growth of our
company.
What you will do
The Project – Permit Coordinator is responsible for compiling data and paperwork
to assist in processing work order releases to production and permit applications
for approval. This position works closely with Production Management, Account
Managers and Install team.
How you will do it
ï‚· Manage detailed information about projects and compile into Work Order
packets for production release.
ï‚· Manage checklists and tasks to ensure all Work Order information is
collected.
ï‚· Make final review of project and release jobs to the Shop/E2
ï‚· Lead the permitting process for assigned projects including preparation,
submitting, and tracking of permit application packages.
ï‚· Monitor and document the various stages of the permit approval process to
update project team and meet deadlines.
ï‚· Work on multiple projects at once while maintaining organization.
ï‚· Follow up with project team on needed items for approval.
ï‚· Take the initiative to assist in speeding up various project approvals.
ï‚· Maintain municipality relationship and update information file.
ï‚· Upload daily project photographs and distribute photo reports.
ï‚· Upload surveys to host server file.
ï‚· Occasionally enter jobs into our ERP system.
ï‚· Follow up on all projects that require city inspections.
What we look for:
ï‚· High school diploma.
ï‚· Experience handling permitting.
ï‚· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook 365, and Adobe PDF.
ï‚· Keen sense of urgency and critical thinking skills.
ï‚· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
ï‚· Excellent customer service skills.
ï‚· Attention to detail and good follow up skills.
ï‚· Able to work independently and as part of a team, looking to succeed.
ï‚· Able to work Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
 Must have a valid driver’s license.
